- Q.Is KYC required?
A. No proof of identity (KYC) is required.
Deposit and Withdrawals can be made 24 hours a day on this site.
- Q.Is there an APP for iOS?
A. Unfortunately, only Android is supported at this time.
If you are using iOS, you can create a shortcut on the home screen and use it as a simple application.
- Q.What are the limits on deposits and withdrawals?
A. Depends on the remittance method.

- Q. How long does it take to review a withdrawal?
A. Transactions are processed immediately upon confirmation of transaction details.
Our review department will complete the review and process as soon as possible.
- Q. How long does it take to reflect the funds from a bank deposit?
A. The amount will be reflected immediately upon confirmation by the bank.
It usually takes about 10 minutes for the deposit to be reflected. If the deposit is not reflected after 30 minutes, please contact Live Chat.
- Q. I have not received the verification code to my cell phone.
A. Please check that the cell phone number you have registered is correct.
Please note that there have been many cases of SMS messages not being received due to blocking of incoming messages.
If you still have not received the SMS after checking, please contact Live Chat.
- Q. What is the procedure for account cancellation/freezing?
A. No procedure is required.
If there is no activity for 60 days, your account will be automatically closed (frozen).
*Please note that even if you do not wish to close your account, it will be closed after 60 days of inactivity.
- Q. I have lost my password.
A. Please reset your password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a temporary password in person by clicking on “Login Page” > “Forgot Password?”.
- Q. Can I create multiple accounts?
A. In principle, one account per person.
You cannot register with the same phone number.
- Q. I would like to be an affiliate/agent.
